Helpful Tips
To evaluate the size of the item of clothing, harness or collar, just follow the instructions in the size charts attached to each item. Generally, to take the measurement, just measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and then look at what it corresponds to on the table of the various brands. For harnesses, the important thing is the circumference of the chest and for the collar, the circumference of the neck.

Not all items can be reordered, especially if they are seasonal items, we must contact the reference companies, therefore contact us privately and we will let you know if we find availability or by sending us an email to mompet.lioy18@gmail.com; with whatsapp 3926294182 we will reply as soon as possible.
Your order arrives based on the times linked to the payment method made:
1)Credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery, the shipment starts the day after payment and is delivered within 24/48 hours,
2) Bank transfer the goods leave when they have been credited and are delivered within 24/48 hours
Changing sizes is permitted, just contact us via email or whatsapp and send the incorrect purchase to the following address and we will send you back the correct size after paying the new shipping costs:

Refunds are not allowed, but the goods can also be exchanged for another item with a cost equal to or higher than the previous one, or we will issue a voucher for the amount minus shipping costs.
